I ordered paint by numbers for a sorority painting with a majority of the painting being red to match the sorority.  While I understand the color paint may not match perfectly, I did expect the color to be red.  It was actually bright pink.  When I reached out to the seller, I was told the color was within the margin of color and it was too expensive to send red paint alone.  My only options were to purchase red paint on my own or return the item.  I decided to return the item.  I am not happy with this company and will not order again.   Prior to ordering the response time was immediate and the company had great communication.  After the mistake (while I had people waiting for preorders), the response slowed down which made it difficult to keep my customers up to date.
